Shipping

We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.

Orders in stock are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard Shipping takes 3–5 business days, and Expedited Shipping takes 1–2 business days once shipped.

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) is $3.50 for all orders to Puerto Rico. For USA is $4.50.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@vvhealthpr.com so our team can investigate and offer a prompt solution.

Refunds

All VV Health products are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged.

Contact us immediately at info@vvhealthpr.com with details so we can review your case and assist you with a possible refund.

We require clear photos of the damage, a photo of the packaging if applicable, and your order number.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days pass without receiving it, contact us at info@vvhealthpr.com.

No. All products are final sale, and no refunds are provided for customer order errors, opened products, or gift cards.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions provide automatic repeat deliveries based on the duration you choose. Your payment method is stored securely and charged for each cycle unless you cancel.

We offer 1-month subscriptions for Joint Complex, Vitamin D3+K2+E, Metabolic Activator and Omega-3. We offer 2-month subscriptions for B-Complex and Gluco Balance.

Yes. All subscriptions include an automatic 5% discount applied at checkout.

You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email or directly through our subscription portal.

Any changes made after an order has been processed will apply to your next delivery, not the current one.
